Who is Self Love AcadeME for?
Self-Love AcadeME can benefit any one, of any gender, any race, any culture, any class, any education, relationship status or of any age. The only requirement is that you are a person committed to the relationship you have with yourself, you're a person who believes in the power of compassion, and a person who will agree by our very simple club rules of love and respect for all human beings and yourself. Everything at Self-Love AcadeME is based on love and respect, and when you become a member, you agree to operate from that place.
I find myself wondering what kind of trainable skills and practices I can learn from this membership to actually feel more loving to myself. To break the barrier between intellectual understanding and to penetrate through the heart are two different things..you know?
Believe me, I totally know. Common sense is not always a common practice among majority of the population. You can repeat what someone else says yet not fully understand the value of what they said. You can mimic what others do but it doesn’t mean you are mimicking what they know. You can know everything you could possibly know but without intentionally moving forward and acting upon information, it's useless, and won't work. Knowing something is reflected by how well you do that which you know but you first have to start with education. Through Self-Love AcadeME you will have a hub of resources given by expert advice, worksheets, meditation audio's, blogs, videos and much more that will give you a greater opportunity to understand the journey and practice of loving yourself.
What if I become a monthly member and decide to cancel?
Don't worry, it's not a complicated process! I hope you will love the Self-Love AcadeME so much that you will stay and keep going deeper into each of the resources and discover new information that comes out about self-love and personal growth. But I know that things shift in life and members will get to a place of not needing so much online support on their journey's or some cannot pay every month. You can cancel your membership at any time. With a monthly membership, your credit card is automatically charged each month based on the day you signed up for the club. If you wish to cancel your membership you simply contact someone on the team at [email protected] and we'll take it from there!
If I cancel will I lose all my material?
If you cancel Self-Love AcadeME you will lose your unlimited access to our library of self-love resources. There will be available options for downloads on particular videos, audios and worksheets that you can certainly take advantage of and keep since that's included in your payment. But some will only be available on the members-only area and you will lose your access.
What happens when I miss the live group coaching calls?
You decide how much or little you participate in the community of Self-Love AcadeME. I'm not grading you, but if I were, I'd give you an A+ just for existing. For some people the community is a big reason of why they join, and for others, it’s more of a solo journey. I am okay with whatever YOU need – remember this is about you. If you're in it for the training - great! If you're in it for the interaction and social group - that's balls to the walls great, too! There will be email notifications and announcements posted to the members area to remind people when our live group meetings will happen and what links to follow. The live Self-Love group coaching calls – which can be attended via phone, tablet or computer – are always recorded and posted on the members only homepage.
What if I'm interested in something similar to Self-Love AcadeME but I'm not yet ready to join? Do you have any other options?
Yes, I do! Depending on what services you're looking for I do one-on-one coaching, I have a book for purchase, I have an online course that comes free with the membership but you can pay for it separately before committing to a product you pay for monthly. If you're just not sure yet - I have free emails and writing available on my subscription list and social media sites. You do you, Boo Boo!
